SPA etiquette
- Tranquility is part of relaxation. We kindly ask you not to use your cell phone in the entire spa area.
- Towels, slippers, and bathrobes for your use in the water world and the sauna area for the duration of your stay can be found in the spa bag in your room.
- Access to the textile-free sauna area is only permitted from the age of 14.
- The sauna area is best entered with bathing shoes.
- The organic textile sauna in the swimming pool area can be used by families with children under 14.
- You don't have to take anything with you for your treatment in the spa. Towelsl are provided.
- If you are unable to take advantage of an appointment at our SPA, simply cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours but more than two hours ahead of the appointment, we will charge 50%. If you cancel at short notice, please understand that we have to charge 100% of the booked price.
